Yes! Our website is a very safe place to shop and all your personal information is stored securely through our online system. All card transactions are made with the security of the National Bank of Greece and our store does not store your card.
Which payment methods does www.xrisikapitali.com accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Visa Debit, Visa Delta, Diners and Paypal. However, if you would like to arrange payment by another method, we will be happy to try to assist with your request. Contact us directly at info@xrisikapitali.com to arrange it. All payments are processed through a secure checkout system provided by woocommerce Paypal and the National Bank of Greece.
Can I change or amend my order after it has been submitted?
Yes, you can modify your order as long as your purchases have not been prepared for shipment. If you need to make any changes, please email info@xrisikapitali.com with your order reference number and amendment requirements, or call us on 23970 61276.
How can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order by going to your account, in the orders tab you will see your order and if it has not been processed then there will be a cancel button.
How much does delivery cost? / When will I receive my order?
Free shipping for orders over €50 and €100 in Cyprus.

€4.00 “Standard courier delivery” – 3-5 working days
and €5 cash on delivery fee if you wish.
Cyprus
€8.00 “Standard delivery” – you depend on the courier
and €9 cash on delivery fee if you wish.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email with the tracking number.
How do I return or exchange an item?
If you are not completely satisfied with an item, we will give you a refund, provided it is returned to us in its original condition and packaging, worn, unwashed and with all tags attached.
Make sure swimwear is tried on over your underwear. When trying on swimwear, avoid make up or lotions coming into contact with the item. For reasons of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it is obvious that this has not been done.
Return unwanted items within 14 days of receipt.
Items must be unworn, unwashed and have original tags and any sanitary seals still attached.
It is not necessary to return orders in the box they arrived in.
Make sure you get proof of postage from the post office so we can complete your return if it's delayed getting back to us. You should keep this receipt until you receive your refund. We will not be responsible for products that do not arrive.
If you are unable to return your products within the 14 day time frame, please contact us at info@xrisikapitali.com. Returns outside the 14 day window may be accepted at our discretion.
Refunds will be issued within 10 business days of receipt to process.

Customers who are close to us have the option of delivering their returns to our boutique within the returns window for a refund or exchange. If delivered over the weekend, the refund will be issued the next business day.
Exchanges
Please note that no exchanges can be made, only refunds. If a replacement of size, color or alternative items is required, you will need to place a new order or change in store.
I have received some Xrisi Kapitali's items as a gift from someone else. Can I return them?
You can return items as normal – see the return instructions above and the documents accompanying the goods.
You may want to note that the buyer will be automatically notified by email of any returns, refunds or replacements. Sorry, we cannot prevent this as it is an automated part of our returns system.
Refunds can only be issued to the card used to pay for the goods. We do not offer credit notes.
I have received a gift card from someone else. Can I return it?
Gift cards are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash.
