Validity of orders
Orders remain valid and available for delivery up to 15 calendar days from their entry. In the event that it is not possible to complete the order (indicatively mentioned: inability to communicate, unavailability of the product requested with the order) and after the expiry of the said period, the order is cancelled.

Terms and conditions for the exercise of the right of Withdrawal

You can exercise the right of withdrawal within fourteen (14) calendar days of receiving the product so that it is considered timely and no additional justification is needed from you.
In case of a valid exercise of the right of withdrawal, the condition for the return is that the product is in its original condition, that the packaging is intact and that all accessories, any gifts, accompanying products and materials are included. At the same time, the return is made at your own expense within 14 calendar days from the day of withdrawal (either you return it yourself, or you send it with a carrier).
